The IBC Assessment (Integrative Body Composition Assessment) training course introduces students over 4 hrs to all theoretical and practical aspects of assessing individual healthy weight range and body composition using the IBC Caliper Kit for skeletal measurement procedure. Our program will equip the student with a full range of skills that will add value to the personal training experience.
The HPI Healthy Weight Range Assessment method is designed for calculating the client’s fat-free mass, skeletal weight, body fat percentage and healthy weight range. These calculations take into account the unique body frame of each client.
This scientifically based method was created by Swedish professor of physiology Wilhelm von Döbeln and has been used in Sweden extensively during the past 30 years.
The HPI Healthy Weight Range Assessment Training addresses to fitness professionals (personal trainers, exercise instructors), health professionals (nurses, physical therapists, weight loss specialists, health coaches, etc.), wellness coordinators.
The student will receive the HPI Healthy Weight Range Kit, including the Digital Caliper, User Manual, Software for Windows and Instructional Video.
